A Couple Of Polite Notices

Just a reminder for all of my clients regarding my cancellation policy. When we make a booking for your session, this is time that I set aside for you and for your therapy. The session booked is your time and I will be fully available to you. If for any reason you cannot make the session, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the booked appointment, anyone cancelling inside of the 24 hours will be required to pay the full fee by BACs, either at the time of cancelling, or at the time of the session, if there is a failure to arrive.

 

If you give me 24 hours or more notice, I can usually use the time effectively, however, with less than 24 hours’ notice I am unable to do this, hence the normal fee being chargeable.

On another note, please do be aware that when you begin therapy, there is an expectation that you are committing to coming regularly and we will always make our next appointment at the end of each session, so please do ensure that you have your diary or calendar to hand to make this process easier.
